Introduction
Magnetic Oligo(dT) Microspheres for Rapid mRNA Isolation
Magnetic Oligo(dT) Microspheres enable fast and efficient isolation of high-purity, full-length mRNA from total RNA extracted from eukaryotic cells or crude tissue samples — including animal and plant tissues.
The isolated mRNA is ready for use in most downstream molecular biology applications, such as RT-PCR, solid-phase cDNA library construction, S1 nuclease analysis, RNA protection assays, primer extension, dot hybridization, in vitro translation, RACE, cut-back hybridization, Northern blot analysis, gene cloning, and gene expression profiling.

Key Features and Performance
Superparamagnetic microspheres ensuring reliable monodispersity and reproducible experimental performance
Low non-specific adsorption, resulting in higher mRNA purity and yield
Uniform particle size with stable and controllable surface functional groups for consistent results
High magnetic content and low sedimentation rate for fast and efficient magnetic separation
Scalable production capacity with lot-to-lot consistency, ensuring stable and reproducible test outcomes
