Bender MedSystems

Bender MedSystems GmbH uses research regarding reagent spin-offs done by external industrial instances as well as universities for final product development, production, marketing and scientific and logistical services.

The company started out with a first project at the Austrian Boehringer Ingelheim subsidiary. The idea was the commercial distribution of reagent spin-offs. 1991 marks the year of the first product release under the trademark Bender MedSystems™. This was followed by the foundation of the current privately owned company in 1998. The proprietary Instant ELISA™ technology was patented in 2001.
