Vermillion Unsecured Creditors Approve Proposed Plan of Reorganization

Vermillion (Pink Sheets: VRMLQ) announced today that its First Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization has been overwhelmingly accepted by classes of creditors created under the Plan. The final voting tabulation shows that all of Vermillion’s unsecured creditors who voted on the Plan approved it.
