Eurogentec
Eurogentech was founded in 1985 by Joseph Martial as a spin-off of the University of Liège (Belgium).
In 1999, Eurogentec acquired Oswel Research Products in Southampton. In August 2001, it incorporated the joint venture Nippon EGT in Japan and in May 2002, Eurogentec opened a North American office in Philadelphia. Recently the group acquired the Berlin-based company, Wita Proteomics, which has been renamed Eurogentec Proteomics GmbH.

Presently, 13 DNA microarrays are available. These include premade microarrays on B. subtilis, N. meningititids, H. pylori, S. pneumoniae, L. lactis, S. cerevisiae, S. pombe, C. albicans, E. coli pathogenes, D. melanogaster: 21396 gene-specific probes spotted onto a single glass slide BR, S. thermophilus, Human breast cancer and Human leukaemia.
