PolyAn was founded 1996 as a spin-off from the HU-Berlin. The company is specialised in the production of surface modified substrates for molecular diagnostics and biopharmaceutical research (microarray slides,
microparticles) as well as highly selective pervaporation and nanofiltration membranes.
