Luminex Corporation Announces First Commercial Shipment of FLEXMAP 3D Systems

Luminex Corporation (NASDAQ: LMNX), the worldwide leader in multiplexed solutions, today announced the commercial sale and shipment of the first FLEXMAP(TM) 3D system manufactured in Austin, Texas. Full market release of the instrument is expected in the first quarter of 2009.
