Luminex Announces Development Collaboration and License Agreement with Major Healthcare and Research Organization

—Luminex Corporation (Nasdaq: LMNX), the world leader in multiplexed solutions, and Mayo Clinic today announced that they have signed a development licensing agreement that enables Mayo to provide genetic and other testing services to patients using Luminex’s xMAP(R) technology. The agreement contains collaboration and licensing provisions for the inherited disorder thalassemia and also provides opportunities for additional test content creation.
