he Institute of BioAgricultual Sciences (IBS) of Academia Sinica is located in Nankang, Taipei Taiwan. It focuses on R&D in

- Herbal Medicine Research (HMR)
- Molecular Vaccine Technology (mVT)
This includes a Microarray Core Laboratory, wich was founded in 2000 and offers services and training to academic researchers in the institute or collaborators interested in using Microarray systems for gene expression patterning.
