PerkinElmer Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of PerkinElmer, Inc. (NYSE: PKI), meeting on October 24, 2007, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.07 per share of common stock. This dividend is payable on February 8, 2008, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on January 18, 2008.
