WW Domain Arrays

The WW Domain Arrays can be used to determine whether a protein binds to multiple WW domains—all in one experiment. This requires the incubation of bacterial extract containing a ligand, purified protein, or biotin-labelled peptide directly with the WW Domain Array membrane. Protein interactions take place on the surface of the membrane, can be visualised using chemiluminescence detection.
