Microarrays and microarray databases and software

The cDNA Microarray Facility of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine provides AECOM investigators easy access to high-density human, mouse or custom cDNA microarray chips for gene expression analysis and Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH).

The facility also offers a Database & Tools section with a curated annotation and bioinformatics resource for all genes on their chips. These tools facilitate rapid analysis of GenePix results data.
