Lumera Corporation's Dinu to Chair Session at SPIE Conference

BOTHELL, Wash.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Aug. 20, 2007—Lumera Corporation (NASDAQ:LMRA), a leader in the emerging field of nanotechnology, today announced that Dr. Raluca Dinu, Vice President - Electro-Optic Business Unit, has been asked to chair one of the sessions at SPIE’s conference entitled NanoScience + Engineering 2007: Nanophotonics and Macrophotonics for Space Environments. The conference is being held in San Diego. The session she will chair on August 27 at 8:30AM is entitled “Polymer/Organic Materials and Components for Space Environments.”
