PerkinElmer Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

BOSTON—(BUSINESS WIRE)—May 17, 2007—The Board of Directors of PerkinElmer, Inc. (NYSE: PKI), meeting on May 16, 2007, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.07 per share of common stock. This dividend is payable on August 10, 2007, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2007.
