In April 1999, the Flanders Interuniversity Institute for Biotechnology (VIB) initiated a core facility for cDNA MicroArray analysis.

The Facility’s array portfolio includes human and mouse microarrays, Arabidopsis microarrays, yeast oligo chips and custom-made microarrays. The website of the Facility also provides access to CATMA - a complete Arabidopsis Transcriptome MicroArray.
