Bio-Rad Director Passes Away

Mr. Padou joined Bio-Rad’s Board of Directors in 1980. Prior to his retirement in 1991, Mr. Padou served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ozier Perry and Associates, a risk assessment software and consulting company, following more than 20 years in public accounting.
