ORF cDNA clones, proteomics, gene expression profiling

GeneCopoeia, Inc. has produced and released the largest number of human full length protein coding ORF cDNA clones, which have been built into a modified Gateway® entry vector system for easy ORF transfer. Each of these ORFs has also been built into more than 40 expression vectors including several lentiviral vectors using GeneCopoeia’s proprietary RecJoin™ cloning technology for protein expression, purification and functional assays in various cell systems as well as in vitro cell free transcription and translation coupling systems. These full length ORFs are generated from sequence validated full length cDNA clones or high quality cDNA libraries and then inserted into various vectors by using GeneCopoeia’s proprietary high fidelity cloning technologies. These full length ORF cDNA clone sets are suitable for the researches in reverse proteomics and systems biology.
