Standardizing global gene expression analysis between laboratories and across platforms

The article is one of three publications resulting from a study conducted by the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).

In the article, sources of error and data variability between laboratories and across microarray platforms were examined in order to facilitate collaborative research efforts between multi-investigator teams using DNA microarrays.
