Multiple-laboratory comparison of microarray platforms

The article is one of three publications resulting from a study conducted by the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).

With increasing use of microarrays and cross-platform meta-analysis studies, appropriate platform assessments are also increasingly important. In the article, the authors present results from a comparison study that offers improvements over those previously described in the literature.
