Independence and reproducibility across microarray platforms
The article is one of three publications resulting from a study conducted by the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).
Microarrays have been widely used for the analysis of gene expression, but reproducibility across platforms has is still an unresolved issue. In order to address this problem, the authors compared gene expression between two microarray platforms.
