Monogram Biosciences (formerly Aclara BioSciences)
Development and supply of tools for drug discovery, genomics and proteomics using its proprietary eTag assay chemistries.
ACLARA BioSciences was formed in 1995 as a spin-off from Soane Technologies, Inc. At present, the company employs more than 65 people.
In summer 2002, the company shifted its focus from microfluidics to eTag assays. However it has not completely abandoned its microfluidics business.
In December 2004, ViroLogic merged with Aclara BioSciences, taking over its management and stock offer on the NASDAQ stock market.
