Alexio is committed to developing complement inhibitors and was founded by Lenny Bell and Joe Madri in 1992. These were later joinded by Dan Caron, Scott Rollins, Bill Fodor, David Keiser and Lou Matis. Arradial was spun off in 2002 to cater to the needs of genomics researchers.
