Roslin Institute - ARK-Genomics

Provides genomics resources and tools with focus on the function of genes with agricultural and biomedical importance; integration of genomics and physiological approaches to gene discovery and the development of a functional genomics toolkit, resources and facilities for research in farm animals

The Centre was set up by Dave Burt and Alan Archibald who have been awarded a grant of £3 million from the BBSRC’s IGF (Investigating Gene Function) initiative.
