The Rosetta Resolver® Gene Expression Data Analysis System is an informatics tool for storing, retrieving and analysing large quantities of gene expression data generated using cDNA microarrays, oligonucleotide arrays and other technologies. The system was developed by Rosetta Inpharmatics, now Rosetta Biosoftware. The system allows e.g. the simultaneous access/manipulation of gene expression data from different formats, the automatic computation of P-values. The Resolver system is exclusively distributed by Agilent Technologies. The Max Planck Institutes for Molecular Genetics, Infection Biology, and Molecular Plant Physiology act as demonstration sites for the Rosetta Resolver gene expression data analysis system in Europe.
The Rosetta Luminator® is a gene expression data analysis solution which can accept single- or dual-channel data from a variety of customised and commercial microarry formats. The system provides a database for storing gene expression data and annotation and leverages technology-specific error models to assign P-values and error bars to the gene expression data points.
