SearchLight Proteome Arrays use a sandwich ELISA procedure, 96-well plate-based assay generates a chemiluminescent signal that is imaged with a cooled CCD camera. The arrays are validated for serum, plasma and culture supernatant samples. Only 5-50 microliter of sample are required per well.
