The OpArray® Human collagen array contains 70-mer oligos representing 320 genes from eight functional categories:apoptosis, cancer, cell cycle, transcription factors, neuro/axon guidance, heat shock/stress, blood/inflammation, aging as well as 8 controls.
The OpArray®Human Apoptosis Array contains 70-mer oligos representing 374 genes and 10 controls
The OpArray® Human Stress and Aging Array contains 70-mer oligos representing 685 genes. Functional categories include antioxidants, thiol metabolism, enzymes involved in NO metabolism, redox metal transport/metabolsim, enzymes involved in oxidation reactions, transcription factors, ROS targets, tobacco metabolising genes, DNA base excision repair genes, connective tissue genes, mitochondrial genes, methylation-related genes and 12 controls.
The OpArray® Yeast collage Array contains 70-mer oligos representing 370 genes from six functional categories: transcription, DNA repair, signal transduction, stress, death and aging, as well as 12 controls.
