The Phoretix Array is part of flexible image analysis software for fast and accurate analysis of macro and microarray images, the “Pro” version is a database for intelligent data storage and data querying.
Phoretix Array allows the automatic detection for grids and sub-grids of any format. The system is limited in its capacity by the size of computer on which it is run. It is possible to adjust the brightness and contrast of the array images, change the colour scheme, automatically number the spots, invert image intensity and add own annotations. Flexible measurement tables are available. Analysis templates are available to store all steps of an analysis and apply a template to other arrays which ensures that the consistency of an analysis is guaranteed across array series.
Phoretix Array Professional includes the Phoretix Array2 Database and is able to analyse gene expression changes across many grids and also match spots between different imaging channels on a single grid.
