The HC ExpressArray™ Kit enables rapid, highly sensitive and reproducible quantitative detection of RNA:DNA hybrids on microarrays. No labelling or target amplification is required. The system incorporates Digene’s patented Hybrid Capture® technology, which is a universal hybridisation and detection technology utilising an antibody that is specific for RNA:DNA hybrids coupled with fluorescent signal amplification.
