The EP³ “Third generation Imaging Ellipsometry” allows the fast label-free detection in most applications in biochip and proteomics research. The spot quality can be estimated, hybridisation measured, real-time kinetics recorded, the homogeneity of surfaces and the amount of immobilised material measured.
