The Pan® Arrays are oligo-based with high specificity. The oligos are produced in HPSF® quality, MALDI and are checked). PCR products can also be used that are amplified from plasmids, cosmids or genomic DNA. The length of the oligonucleotides ranges between 40 to 50 bp. Presently, the following Pan® arrays are available: Human 30k, 10k, Human Cancer, Chromosome 21, Mouse 10K, Rat 5k, Rat Liver, H. Pylori Array, Yeast, E. Coli arrays and custom arrays are available.
