The Luminex 100™ is based on Luminex’s LabMap™ technology. 100 assays can be performed simultaneously in a single tube/well of a microtitre plate. The system uses polystyrene beads coloured internally with two different dyes, the ratio of which determines the colour of the beads. 100 different colours are available so that 100 assays can be performed at a time.
