The Array-Pro Analyzer offers reproducible, fast and automated spot identification by an algorithm taking advantage of the inherent periodicity of spot spacing in arrays. First gridding and subgridding with an Analysis Wizard, that helps finding the optimal parameters. Subsequent experiments are gridded automatically. Automated subgridding and spot finding is available. Quantification is reproducible and automated; signal to noise is optimised through a wide variety of tools allowing to find low-expression genes. Normalisation by mean, median and reference spots. The results are displayed in a histogram or a scatterplot of results from two images.
