Genomic Arabidopsis Resource Network (GarNet)

Provision of information on Arabidopsis related research, technologies and services

GARNet was created as part of the BBSRC Investigating Gene Function (IGF) and initially provided functional genomic technologies to the Arabidopsis community, including transciptome analysis, bioinformatics, metabolite profiling, proteome analysis and reverse and forward genetics. Today, GarNet no longer directly manages applications to these services but continues to provide information about these services and how to access them.
