microarrays, high-density oligo arrays, customised low-density microarrays, protocols and practical support, use of array hybridisation and scanning facilities, data analysis and functional characterisation, broad spectrum of statistical methods (ANOVA, PCA, clustering, classification) as well as advice for consecutive experiments
