Koadarray is a fully automatic array image analysis programme for processing single or multiple array images. It automatically finds the spot locations within each image and accurately quantifies the spot intensity data. Koadarray can analyse and quantify a 5000 spot image in 30 seconds with an average processor.
Koadarray has been developed primarily for fluorescent microarray images, but may also be found to work in radioactive or macroarray applications as well as with fluorescent microplate images.
