The DigestPro 96 is designed for automated enzymatic or chemical fragmentation of proteins using the 96 well format. The device washes, reduces, alkylates and digests up to 96 gel slices in parallel.
ResPep is a device for the production of synthetic peptides.
The AutoSpot robot can be used for the automated synthesis of peptide arrays on membranes. Up to 800 peptides can be synthesised on a microtiter plate-sized cellulose membrane, up to 4 membranes can be simultaneously handled. The peptide arrays can be used in assays involving e.g. antibody characterisation and receptor binding.
The InsituPro is designed for automated in situ detection of DNA, RNA and proteins. All steps from rehydration, permeation, postfixation, hybridisation, antibody incubation to all washing steps are included.
The MultiPep module is designed for peptide synthesis on resin in 48 columns at 25 micromoles (or 24 columns at 50 micromoles) with Fmoc chemistry.
