The S+ArrayAnalyzer® is a adaptable microarray analysis module. The rate of both false positives (genes incorrectly identified as showing interaction) and false negatives (active genes, but not identified) is dramatically reduced, in some tests by over 90%. S+ArrayAnalyzer works with many industry standard data types such as Affymetrix and custom cDNA arrays. The module is part of the S-PLUS® product group.
