To meet the demand by scientist to understand how biological pathways are interrelated, Marligen has developed a powerful multiplex technology for the detection and quantitiation of activated transcription factors. Coupled with Luminex’s xMAP® platform, Marligen’s assays can detect up to 50 transcription factor activities simultaneously. These assays are being used to dramatically accelerate studies ranging from basic research in signal transduction and proteomics to target validation, compound screening, toxicity testing and disease characterization.

Marligen also offers xMAP® -technology based products and services for SNP genotyping. This product line includes kits for Y-SNP identification and mitochondrial DNA screening with applications in ancestry testing and population genetics. In addition, we offer custom development of multiplex SNP genotyping panels.
