1. There is no contractual relationship between BioChipNet/NMI Technologietransfer GmbH and the users and no contractual liability.

NMI Technologietransfer GmbH has gathered, processed and put data and information in the Online Database “BioChipNet.de/com” (hereinafter referred to as Online Database) and makes this information available to third parties. Most of the information orginates from third parties on whom NMI Transfer GmbH has no influence. NMI Technologietransfer GmbH cannot verify the accuracy of information provided.
3. NMI Technologietransfer GmbH reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author without separate announcement.

8. Without restricting any of the foresaid all liablity is excluded except the non-contractual liability for intentional acts and gross negligence.
